Step 1 — WhatsApp Us

Message Le Pasticcino at 011-54027145 with your preferred box size, quantity, event date, and any flavour preferences. All orders must be placed via WhatsApp.

Step 2 — We Plan Together

We’ll guide you through our full flavour menu, packaging options, and confirm your order details. Custom branding requests are discussed at this stage and draft sticker sleeve will be provided after payment has been made.

Step 3 — Confirm & Pay

We’ll send you a complete order summary and payment details. A full payment is required to secure your order slot.

Step 4 — Freshly Made & Ready On Time

Every tart is handcrafted fresh for your order within the 3–7 day pre-order window, beautifully packaged and ready for delivery or pickup.

📦 Minimum order quantities:

    •    2-piece box: minimum 20 boxes

    •    3-piece box: minimum 15 boxes

    •    4-piece box: minimum 10 boxes

We strongly recommend ordering as early as possible, especially during festive seasons (Raya, CNY, year-end) and peak event periods.

How do I place a custom tart box order?

All custom tart box orders are placed exclusively via WhatsApp at 011-54027145. Simply message us with your box size, quantity, event date, and any special requirements and we’ll guide you through the rest.

Can I choose my own flavours?

Yes — you can mix and match flavours from our full tart menu. We’ll share the available flavour options when you WhatsApp us.

How far in advance do I need to order?

All custom tart boxes require a minimum of 3–7 days pre-order. For large quantities or orders with custom branding, we recommend ordering at least 7–14 working days in advance. For festive seasons, book at least 2-4 weeks ahead.

Can I add my company logo or a personalised message?

Yes. We offer personalised message and custom packaging logo options. Please discuss this with us via WhatsApp when placing your order.

Can I mix different box sizes in one order?

Yes — you can order different box sizes in the same order as long as each size meets its minimum order quantity. WhatsApp us to discuss your requirements.

Do you deliver?

Yes — delivery is available across KL and Selangor. Delivery fees vary by location and will be confirmed via WhatsApp. Self-pickup is also available from Bukit Jalil by appointment.

Are the tarts halal?

Yes — all our tart products are non-alcoholic and halal-friendly. Please inform us of any dietary requirements when placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept DuitNow QR, Maybank QR, TNG Pay, GrabPay, and bank transfer. Full payment details will be shared via WhatsApp upon order confirmation.
